      L'objectif est de développer, sur un mode de fonctionnement multi-partenarial, la prescription d'activité physique pour les porteurs de pathologies chroniques et pour toute personne sédentaire, potentiellement à facteurs de risques.
      Le Comité Régional des Financeurs (ARS, DRAJES et Conseil régional) assure le pilotage du dispositif PEPS : conception du "socle commun minimum", validation des outils et des process, suivi de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, contrôle des aspects réglementaires, évaluation. Il garantit la qualité du dispositif et son opérationnalisation par les acteurs locaux dans les territoires.
