- Le principal problème d'accès au bâtiment se trouve à l'entrée extérieure. L'accès se fait par un portail où il faut passer une marche pour arriver sur un chemin de terre très chaotique avec des pierres et des racines. Pour accéder à la pente, il faut redescendre sur le parking et donc, arriver à effectuer un virage à 90°. Une personne seule en fauteuil roulant, ne peut donc pas accéder à la maison de la métropole.
Il n'y a aucune bande de vigilance pour les personnes déficientes visuelles et lorsque vous voulez déposer un dossier, on vous revoie vers une boîte au lettre qui n'est pas identifiable pour une personne non voyante. Le personnel d'accueil ne doit pas être formé car lorsque vous demandez où se trouve la boîte aux lettres, la réponse est "là", ce qui est pour le moins ambigu.
