L'entrée du bâtiment se fait par une porte battante manuelle, il existe un bouton d'appel pour demander de l'aide pour ouvrir cette porte.
Ensuite il y a une porte automatique qui débouche directement dans l'accueil de l'office de plain pied.
Nous avons la possibilité sur demande de prêter un fauteuil roulant.
Nous avons à disposition sur le site internet et sur demande à l'office de tourisme un document Facile à Lire et à Comprendre.
