Le Village de Vacances Lou Bastidou depuis mai 2004 est ouvert à tous et particulièrement accessible aux personnes handicapées. C'est un lieu de vacances adapté, convivial et chaleureux. Les publics concernés sont les familles avec des enfants valides et handicapés, les individuels handicapés, seuls ou accompagnés, les personnes vieillissantes mais également toutes les personnes sensibilisées au handicap. Il est composé de 6 pavillons de 65 m2 accessibles qui peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, une Résidence autour d'un patio qui peut accueillir des groupes jusqu'à 19 personnes, une piscine intérieure chauffée équipée d'un système de transfert pour la mise à l'eau de la personne handicapée. Au sein du pavillon activités, l'équipe du Bastidou propose des activités de loisirs pour tous, handicapés et valides, en été.
